to taste lemon juice

Mix together and pour into a tall glass with ice (you decide the strength). Add lemon juice to taste.

lime cordial

mix in a shaker and pour into sugar frosted martini glass with crushed ice. Use own discretion for garnishing

top with coke coke
fill a shot glass with baileys Baileys Irish Cream

put whiskey into tumbler (no ice), top with coke (up to 3cm from top of glass), drop shot of baileys into tumbler and chug it all down.

Irish Coffee

2 shots irish whisky
icing sugar

Warm glasses by filling with hot water. Pour whiskey into glasses once warm and dried add a teaspoon of sugar to each. Heat coffee and fill glasses to within 1cm (1/2inch) of the top then top off with whipped cream.

Shake with ice and strain into shot glass.

Island Sunset

2 ounces rum
Fill glass to 3/4 pineapple juice
lace grenadine

2 ounces Light Rum Pineapple Juice Grenadine Fill tall glass with ice. Add 2 ounces of rum. Fill glass 3/4 full of pineapple juice. Top off with a splash of grenadine. Give the drink a couple of quick stirs and garnish with a cherry and a pineapple wedge on a sword.

After the stir, the grenadine will settle to the bottom and it will look like an island sunset (of course, you have to use your imagination a bit).

shake the alcohol, lemon juice and orange juice with ice, strain into a highball with or without ice and top up with lemonade.
