1/2 oz. amaretto
1/2 oz. sambuca

Add equal amounts in any order

Ice Pick

1 part vodka
1 part ice tea
to taste lemon juice

Mix together and pour into a tall glass with ice (you decide the strength). Add lemon juice to taste.

Icy Blues

1 shot campari
glass soda
1 blue curacao
1 Vodka (freezer temp)
Crushed ice
lime cordial

mix in a shaker and pour into sugar frosted martini glass with crushed ice. Use own discretion for garnishing

Ideal

1 shot dry vermouth
1 shot gin
splash maraschino
splash grapefruit juice

Shake all together with ice then strain into a glass (removing ice) and garnish with a cherry.

Irish Car Bomb

30 mL in a big Tumbler whiskey
top with coke coke
fill a shot glass with baileys Baileys Irish Cream

put whiskey into tumbler (no ice), top with coke (up to 3cm from top of glass), drop shot of baileys into tumbler and chug it all down.

Irish Coffee

coffee
double cream
2 shots irish whisky
icing sugar

Warm glasses by filling with hot water. Pour whiskey into glasses once warm and dried add a teaspoon of sugar to each. Heat coffee and fill glasses to within 1cm (1/2inch) of the top then top off with whipped cream.

Irish Frog

1 part midori
1 part Baileys Irish Cream

Chill the baileys and layer into shot glass.

Irish Headlock

1 part amaretto
1 part Baileys Irish Cream
1 part brandy
1 part irish whiskey

top up Baileys Irish Cream

25ml Banana Liqure topped up with irish cream

Irish Qaalude

1 shot Baileys Irish Cream
1 shot frangelico
1 shot vodka
1 shot creme de cacao white

Shake with ice and strain into shot glass.

Island Sunset

2 ounces rum
Fill glass to 3/4 pineapple juice
lace grenadine

2 ounces Light Rum Pineapple Juice Grenadine Fill tall glass with ice. Add 2 ounces of rum. Fill glass 3/4 full of pineapple juice. Top off with a splash of grenadine. Give the drink a couple of quick stirs and garnish with a cherry and a pineapple wedge on a sword.

After the stir, the grenadine will settle to the bottom and it will look like an island sunset (of course, you have to use your imagination a bit).

50ml midori
50ml peach schnapps (archers)
25ml triple sec
50ml orange juice
1/2 lemon(s)
top up lemonade

shake the alcohol, lemon juice and orange juice with ice, strain into a highball with or without ice and top up with lemonade.

Looks radioactive, I cant tell if it's yellow or green

Italian Coffee

Place amaretto into cup and add coffee. Top off with whipped cream. (can garnish with a cherry)

Italian Ice Tea

1 1/4 shots sweet vermouth
ginger ale

Pour into a glass and use lemon garnish twist plus add some lemon juice freshly squeezed to taste.

1 part peppermint schnapps
1 part amaretto

Mix together in a shot glass
